Hi, I am Veronika.

I guide business owners and executives to the still point, where the soul direction of their work becomes unmistakably clear

My motivation is to see others elevate and grow – this has started when I was a coach in rowing and later in rugby and touch rugby. Not only did I love to write training programs for the people I was responsible for – even more I loved to empower the people and make them aware about the strength that is within them. In my adult life this continued in my work environments – although I could provide solutions – and did that when necessary – I felt more fulfilled when I empowered others to find their own solution. By being there, listening to them, asking the right questions, feeling them, by giving them the feeling that they are seen and heard – with all the obvious stuff and the unseeable one. And it is all connected to my desire to light up the world – because when people are empowered, when they feel heard and seen for who they are and how they are, they thrive, they are motivated, they give their best.

I watched what happens when someone builds from the outside in

From expectation, from pressure, from what their business "should" look like

The results can appear fine

Even successful

And something underneath stays completely untouched

What shifted

At some point I stopped trying to find the answers at the level of the questions

And started working at the level where the real ones live

What I do now is different from coaching

Different from strategy

I work in the field

In the soul architecture of a business and the person building it

I perceive what's present, what's blocked, what the business has been asking for that hasn't been heard yet

And from the still point, it becomes clear

I work with business owners who feel a strong calling in their work

And keep running into their own doubt when they move toward it

And with executives who sense they've arrived somewhere that no longer fits what they know is true

Not because the advice was wrong

Because it wasn't reaching the right place

The work I do is precise, embodied, and quiet

There's no performance in it

Just presence, and the trust that what's true will become clear
