What is the program all about?

The program is about remembering who you really are - and as such shifting your energy so that you act out of states of joy and abundance - instead of fear and self-doubt.

I’ve done a lot of healing work — is this just more of the same?

No. This isn’t about healing. This is about remembering — and finally living as who you already are.

How can I be sure that this now works?

This "works" when you feel from deep within drawn to this program. It is about your intention, your openness to new perspectives and your readiness to face yourself. This program isn´t about giving answers - it is about remembering who you are underneath the conditionings and beliefs that you carry. This is still within - and we bring this back home.

Is there a success guarantee?

There is nothing as a success guarantee - no one can give you this when it comes to personal wellbeing and personal or spiritual growth. Everyone is different, and even more important the divine timing is different for everyone. When we start into the group program I can not tell you whether it is the time to let go of your blocks around your job or buisness. Or whether you join the program because you want to resolve this but end up in not (only) resolving this, but having better relationships - at work, with your partner, your family, etc. We can not forsee this and this is why there is no such thing a success guarantee.

But why is this program then helpful?

Because it gives you everything and shifts your energy - this program gives you your truth, your rhythm and your voice back. This empowers you to able to apply what your body and your soul learn also to other situations in your life. But as every human being is different, you might need some frequency shift or any other support afterwards or go ahead by yourself.

What will the calls look like?

We will check in in the call and go through a routine that helps you getting your body involved - because with taking your body along, it is easier to embody the shifts of energy that we create. And we will have time to talk about the topics that are going on in your mind.

Will I have time and space to place my personal questions in the calls?

The calls are the place where you can place your questions and the topics that you struggle with. You will always be able to place your questions upfront, so I can make sure you get your answers even when you can not participate in the call live. I will try to give everyone the time and space to share actual struggles who wants to share them and guide you to a solution. Sometimes maybe you might not be able to place your very personal topic in the call - or don´t want to place this in the call. As these calls are not about topics on the mind level, trust, that you will get something out of everything that will be shared in the calls - whether you speak or just want to listen and bath in the energy.

Don't I fall out of this high directly after the call?

No. Because I set up an energetic field that accompanies you throughout the whole program and that supports you in keeping the energy up.

What happens when I miss a call?

The calls will be recorded, so you have access afterwards, too.

On which days and at which time do the calls take place?

Wednesday, alternating at 10.00 am and 20:00 pm CEST - alternating times make it possible for more people to participate in the live calls.

Can I do this if I’m still figuring out what I want?

Yes — in fact, this is exactly when you should do it. If you’re feeling unclear, foggy, disconnected… that’s not a problem to solve. That’s a signal. It means you’ve been living out of rhythm with your truth. This is where you come back into alignment — not through answers, but through clarity in your bones.

What if I don’t feel “spiritual enough” for this kind of work?

I love this question! I have not been "spiritual enough" at all when I started my journey. Over time, I tried some practices, methods and rituals - just to find that a lot of them are either time-consuming or were too complicated for me. That´s why from the very beginning I was always experimenting with more easy and easy-to-use stuff and amended the methods, practices and tools I learned accordingly. I believe that we need something that fits into our daily life easily and that we remind ourselves easily so that we really "do" this - if it is instead more pressure or complicated to follow, it is more likely that we get stuck in procrastination.

Will I get a refund if I feel I am in the "wrong" group?

No. There is no wrong group for you. I so much trust my intuition and inner guidance that I pick the right people for each round, that i can say the "thought" of not being in the right group is an avoiding mechanism.

Is there a money-back-guarantee?

No. This program is not about results. You will not be able to measure the outcome on KPIs or smart objectives. Instead the result is a shift of energy, not a certain outcome.

How can I stay in this energy after the group program?

Maybe you can go the rest of the way alone - that's great!!! Maybe you need some more support afterwards or need a refresher and want to tap into this emergy again after a while - that's also great!!! When you have done the group prpgram, and know about the stuff, you will have the opportunity to hop into a monthly call which is all about how to keep that energy, that frequency up in everyday life. These calls can be booked month by month, no membership. You will hear about these calls in a messenger group that I will set up and where you get invited througout the group program. Or you can even dive deeper with a 1:1 support - this is independent from the group program as we work on an individual level.

Why are these monthly calls (after the group program) only for the ones who participated in the group prpgram?

Because the calls have the focus for you to keep up that energy that you experienced in the gropu program by yourself. This will need some preparation which is done throughout the group program. So these calls will not be repetitions of the things we did in the group program.
